01
The start
Field expertise looking for a better model.
Circl wasn’t a startup idea — it was 25 years of hard-won field expertise. The company began with a simple bet: do the work properly, prove it was done, and the contracts will come. No head-office theatre. Just jobs finished and evidence filed.
02
The insight
Treat skilled labour like the scarce asset it is.
Technology was about to rewrite field services while skilled labour moved into structural shortage. Circl’s model came from those truths: credential the workforce, respect it, wrap it in technology and orchestrate it at national scale.
03
The proof
The industry changes. The discipline doesn’t.
The model moved from insurance and building into retail installation and government housing. Each sector proved the same thing: a consistent operating discipline transfers.
04
The scale
Thousands of monthly tasks in three months.
A coast-to-coast technology deployment became the biggest test. Circl scaled without breaking, then stood up a New Zealand company and field operation in four weeks.
05
The platform
Systems that couldn’t forget.
That pressure produced CoreTechX: an eight-phase backbone, hard compliance gates, GPS evidence, universal QA and daily reporting. Volumes rose from roughly 3,000 to 41,000+ with the same headcount.
06
What’s next
Australia. New Zealand. Then the world.
The operating backbone is becoming a product. The ambition remains simple: make the commitment, keep it, then do it ten thousand times over.
